Canadian Physician Leaders in Emergency Medicine Workshop
Caye Caulker, Belize

Canadian Emergency Medicine leaders face the challenge of guiding teams through an evolving and often strained healthcare system. This retreat offers leadership training tailored to the unique needs of EM physicians—formal and informal leaders at all career stages, across clinical, administrative, academic, and innovation roles.
Building on the success of the 2024 and 2025 workshops for Women Leaders in EM, this retreat brings together up to 26 participants in a supportive, skill-building environment. Set in an adventurous location, it offers space to recharge, connect, and grow as leaders.
