Women in EM face unique challenges that impact recruitment and retention in leadership.   This workshop offers a supportive space to share experiences, build skills, exchange mentorship, and grow as leaders.

Open to all women-identifying physicians and trainees across clinical, academic, administrative, and other leadership roles, it provides training tailored to the specific needs of women in EM. Building on the success of the 2024 and early 2025 workshops, this retreat brings together women at all career stages to connect, recharge, and lead with renewed purpose.
